How long does shipping take?
U.S.: Express shipping - 7-7 days and free shipping 7-11 days
Orders are shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse.
Can I pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.?
Yes! We accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
What’s your return policy?
Due to health and safety standards, we do not accept returns on opened or used supplements.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at info@firmusnutrition.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
How do refunds work?
If you qualify (e.g. damaged, wrong item, or lost shipment), you’ll receive either:
- Replacement shipment, or
- Full refund to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend double‑checking your order before completing checkout.
