Shipping Policy

1. WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our US partner warehouse, which means faster delivery, lower shipping costs, and no international customs delays for our customers.

We do not currently offer international shipping. If you're outside the US and interested in Sacchara Thrive, please email info@firmusnutrition.com - we'll let you know when international shipping becomes available.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

- Orders over $40: FREE standard shipping
- Orders under $40: Flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout (typically $5-7)
- Subscription orders: Always ship FREE, regardless of order value
- Bundle orders (3-bottle, 6-bottle): Always ship FREE

3. PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment. Subscription renewals are processed automatically on your renewal date.

Orders placed Friday after 12pm ET, on weekends, or on US public holidays will be processed the following business day.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days from dispatch. Total time from order to delivery is usually 5-10 business days.

We aim to deliver every order within 14 days. If your order hasn't arrived after 14 days, please contact us at info@firmusnutrition.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, regional carrier issues, or unusual order volume may occasionally cause delays.

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also track your order at any time via our Track Order page using your order number.

If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder, then email info@firmusnutrition.com.

6. DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your tracking shows your order has been delayed or appears lost in transit:

- Allow 2-3 additional business days, as carriers occasionally update tracking late
- If still no update, email info@firmusnutrition.com with your order number
- We'll work with the carrier to investigate and either reissue your order at no cost or refund your purchase, whichever you prefer

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment - additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If your package is delivered to the wrong address because the address you provided was incorrect, we're unable to issue a replacement or refund. Please double-check your address before completing checkout.

8. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or the product inside is damaged:

- Take photos of the package and the damaged product
- Email info@firmusnutrition.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos
- We'll send a replacement at no cost

9. ADDRESS CHANGES AFTER ORDERING

We process orders quickly, so address changes after checkout are not always possible. If you need to update your shipping address:

- Email info@firmusnutrition.com immediately with your order number and the corrected address
- If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it
- If the order has already shipped, the address cannot be changed
