We stand behind Sacchara Thrive. Iron recovery takes time, the results aren't predictable for everyone, and we'd rather you walk away than feel stuck with something that isn't working for you.

OUR 60-DAY GUARANTEE

Try Sacchara Thrive for up to 60 days. If you haven't seen the changes you were hoping for - less shedding, improved energy, more visible new growth - email us at info@firmusnutrition.com within 60 days of your delivery date and we'll refund your purchase in full.

No questions asked. No return required.

We mean it. You don't need to send the product back. We trust you to be honest, and we'd rather lose the cost of a bottle than have an unhappy customer.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

1. Email info@firmusnutrition.com within 60 days of your delivery date
2. Include your order number (you can find it in your order confirmation email)
3. We'll process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method

Refunds typically appear on your card within 5-10 business days after we process them, depending on your bank.

WHAT'S COVERED

- One-time purchases of any Sacchara Thrive bottle or bundle
- Subscription orders - refunds available on the most recent shipment, plus we'll cancel future shipments immediately on request
- Bundles - refunds available on the full bundle order

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

- Refunds requested more than 60 days after your delivery date
- Products purchased through unauthorised resellers or marketplaces (we only sell direct through firmusnutrition.com)

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, email us at info@firmusnutrition.com within 14 days of delivery. Include photos if the product is visibly damaged. We'll send a replacement at no cost or refund the affected items, whichever you prefer.

CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION

You can cancel your Sacchara Thrive subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing info@firmusnutrition.com. Cancellations made before your next renewal date take effect immediately - we won't charge or ship the next order.

If you cancel mid-cycle, the current bottle is yours to keep and use.
