Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers cancellations, modifications, and refunds for Sacchara Thrive subscriptions, one-time orders, and bundle purchases.
For our full refund terms, please see our Refund & Return Policy. This page focuses specifically on how cancellations work across our different purchase types.
1. ONE-TIME PURCHASES
If you've placed a one-time order and need to cancel it:
- Email info@firmusnutrition.com as soon as possible with your order number
- If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we'll cancel and refund it in full within 5 business days
- If your order has already been dispatched, you cannot cancel mid-transit - but you are still eligible for a full refund under our 60-day money-back guarantee once the package arrives. See our Refund & Return Policy.
2. SUBSCRIPTIONS
When you subscribe to Sacchara Thrive, your card is charged automatically on each renewal date (typically every 30 days for single bottles, every 90 days for 3-bottle subscriptions) until you cancel.
CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum commitment, no cancellation fee, and no penalty.
To cancel:
- Log in to your account at firmusnutrition.com and manage your subscription from your dashboard, OR
- Email info@firmusnutrition.com with your order details
If you cancel before your next renewal date, no further charges will be made. The current bottle (or bottles, for 3-month subscriptions) is yours to keep and use.
REFUNDING A SUBSCRIPTION ORDER
If you've already been charged for a subscription renewal and want a refund:
- If the order has not yet shipped, email us immediately and we'll cancel and refund in full
- If the order has shipped, you're covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee - email info@firmusnutrition.com and we'll process a refund without requiring the product back
PAUSING OR SKIPPING
You can pause your subscription or skip a renewal at any time through your account dashboard, or by emailing info@firmusnutrition.com. Useful if you're travelling, have extra stock, or want a break.
CHANGING YOUR PLAN
Want to switch from monthly to every-3-months, or change quantities? Email info@firmusnutrition.com and we'll update your subscription for the next renewal.
3. BUNDLES (3-BOTTLE OR LARGER)
Bundles are a single one-time purchase rather than a subscription, but the cancellation rules are the same:
- Before dispatch: cancel and refund in full by emailing us
- After dispatch: covered by the 60-day money-back guarantee
If a single bottle within a bundle arrives damaged, you don't need to return the full bundle. Just contact us with photos and we'll send a replacement for the damaged item.
4. DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you accidentally place a duplicate order, or you entered the wrong details (wrong product, wrong quantity, wrong address):
- Email info@firmusnutrition.com immediately with your order number
- If the order hasn't been processed, we'll cancel or correct it
- If it's already been processed, contact us anyway - we can often intercept the package or arrange a return for full refund
5. WHAT'S NOT REFUNDABLE
To keep this fair and clear:
- Subscriptions that have been active for more than 60 days from the original delivery date - these renewals are non-refundable, though you can always cancel future renewals
- Shipping costs on returned orders (we don't require returns under our 60-day guarantee, but if you do return a product to us voluntarily, the original shipping cost is not refunded)
6. HOW TO CONTACT US
For all cancellation, modification, or refund requests:

Include in your email:
- Your full name
- Your order number (from your confirmation email)
- A short description of what you want to do (cancel, refund, change plan, etc.)
We respond to every email, usually within 24 hours.
7. POLICY UPDATES
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to customers with active subscriptions. Continued use of an active subscription after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
